How it goes

    Site walk

    We come out, measure, look at drainage and what is in the ground, and talk through how you want to use the space.

  2. 2

    Written quote

    You get the design, the materials and the price in writing. The quote is built from the measurements, not from a guess per square foot.

  3. 3

    Build

    Excavate, base, compact, grade, lay, edge, sand. We stay in touch until it is done, and you see what went into it.

Questions we get

Does the quote cost anything?
No. The site walk and the written quote are free.
Where do you work?
The Orlando area and the rest of Central Florida — Clermont, Winter Garden, Windermere, Groveland, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and the neighborhoods between them.
Why do some paver patios sink or go wavy?
Almost always the base. Pavers are only as flat as what is under them. That is why most of our time on a job goes into excavation, base material, compaction and grade, before a single paver is laid.
Can you work around a pool or a screen enclosure?
Yes. Several of the jobs on this page are pool decks and patios built against screen enclosures.
