Florida sun, rain and mildew wear pavers down and wash the sand out of the joints. We clean them, refill the joints and seal them, and because we install pavers for a living, we notice what a wash crew does not.

  • Sealer applied to the whole surface
  • Done by a paver installer, so loose or sunken spots get pointed out, not sealed over

Every photograph here is a driveway, patio or walkway we cleaned, re-sanded and sealed in Central Florida. The caution tape is ours: it stays up until the sealer has cured.

The process

What the job is

  1. 1

    Look and quote

    We look at the surface, measure it, check the joints and any low spots, and give you a written price.

  2. 2

    Clean and re-sand

    Pressure clean the surface and the joints, let it dry, then sweep fresh sand into the joints.

  3. 3

    Seal

    Sealer goes on the whole surface. We tell you when it is ready to walk on and when it is ready for cars.

Does the quote cost anything?
No. We look at it and give you a written price for free.
How long does it take?
Most residential driveways, patios and pool decks are a day or less on site, plus drying time. We give you the schedule with the quote.
Some of my pavers have sunk or come loose. Can you fix that first?
Yes. Installing pavers is our main work, so lifting and re-laying a low area before sealing is a normal part of the job. We quote it separately so you can see what it costs.
Where do you work?
