Orlando area · Paver repair
Sunken pavers, lifted and relaid level.
Florida sand settles, water finds the low spot, and the joints wash out. We lift the section, reset the base, re-sand and relay the same pavers, and because we install pavers for a living, the repair disappears into the patio.
- The low section lifted and the base reset, not a paver shimmed on top of the old one
- The same pavers relaid level, joints re-sanded
- Sealed in the same visit if you want it, so the new sand stays put
- Done by a paver installer, so the cause gets fixed, not covered

The work
A repair, start to finish
One back patio in Central Florida, October 2026: the section along the house had settled and weeds had taken the joints. We lifted it, reset the base, screeded fresh bedding sand and relaid the same pavers. Every photograph is from that job.

The process
What the job is
1
Photos and a price
Send three photos and a short video of the spot. Most repairs we can price from that the same day; the price is confirmed when we arrive.
2
Lift and reset
We lift the low or loose section, take out the old bedding, reset and compact the base, and screed fresh sand.
3
Relay, re-sand, seal
The same pavers go back level with the rest, the joints get fresh sand, and if you want it sealed we do that in the same visit.
Questions we get
- Do you need to see it in person first?
- Usually not. Three photos and a short video are enough to price most repairs. We confirm the price on arrival, before any work starts.
- Will the repaired spot match the rest?
- We relay your own pavers, so the color and texture are already a match. New sand in the joints is the only thing that looks new, and it weathers in.
- What if the base underneath has failed?
- Then the fix is to reset it, which is the same work on a larger area. If we find more than the photos showed, we tell you and agree the change before continuing.
- Can you seal it the same day?
- Yes, if the forecast allows. Sealing after a repair locks the new joint sand in place, which is why we offer the two together.
- Where do you work?
- The Orlando area and the rest of Central Florida.
- How soon will I hear back?
- Within one business day, usually much faster.
